ONLINE BOOKING RULES
I. RESERVATION
1. The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of an e-mail informing of its acceptance.
2.The prices shown in the system include VAT. May also include other benefits, as specified in the offer description.
II. CANCELLATION AND CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS
1. Failure to perform the actions described when making a reservation, within the required period, will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
2. Cancellation or modification of the reservation are possible through the link contained in the e-mail or by contacting the Service. Using the link in the email allows automatic, immediate cancellation.
3. A prepayment of 100% of the reservation value is required. Up to 30 days before the start of the reservation, 30% of the paid amount is refunded. Less than 30 days before the start of the reservation, the amount paid is non-refundable.
III. FINAL FINDINGS
1. The person making the online reservation is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the reservation form. The staff is not responsible for incorrect selection of dates or incorrectly entered data in the form. If you find irregularities that cannot be corrected by editing the reservation, please contact the staff urgently.

IV. ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE USE OF THE APARTMENT
1. Prohibition of events.
2. check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.
3. The facility is required to maintain silence from hrs. 22:00 to hrs. 7:00 am the following day.
4. The guest may not transfer the room to other persons during the rental.
5. The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of objects, equipment and technical devices of the apartment caused by him or his visitors. Guests should notify the occurrence of damage as soon as it is discovered.
6. The owner of the apartment shall not be liable for loss of or damage to money, securities, valuables, other things and valuables or objects of scientific or artistic value.
7. The owner of the apartment is not responsible for damage or loss of the car or other vehicle belonging to the guest.
8. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment (including on the balcony). Violation of the smoking ban will result in a fine of PLN 500, which includes cleaning the room.
9. There is a smoke detector in the apartment. Please do not produce smoke during your stay, such as when cooking. If the detector is activated and the fire department arrives, you will be charged for their arrival. When cooking and baking, stay in the apartment and turn on the kitchen hood.
10. The behavior of Guests and people using the services of the facility should not interfere with the peaceful stay of other people. The facility may refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this rule.
