Apartment Diune Apart 56 by Villmaris is located on the fourth floor of a five-story building. It consists of a large room with a kitchenette, a smaller room, a bathroom and a balcony with a seating area.

The property is located adjacent to a sandy beach and less than 2 km from the New Old Town.

The comfortable, fully equipped apartment combines convenience with functionality. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and Dolce Gusto coffee maker (the property does not provide capsules).

The apartment has air conditioning. There is a TV, washing machine, hair dryer and ironing equipment.
